Abrihome UK — Warranty Policy
At Abrihome, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item encounters a manufacturing defect or quality issue within the warranty period, we will provide free replacement parts or a replacement item, depending on the situation.
This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorised modifications.
What’s Covered
Our warranty applies to most Abrihome products, except for fragile or consumable components (listed in the “What’s Not Covered” section below). Coverage includes:
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural issues
- Missing parts
- Damage discovered upon delivery (must be reported within 48 hours)
If your item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement or replacement parts at no cost.
Warranty Period
Different product types have different warranty durations:

Outdoor Furniture
1-year warranty from the date of delivery.
Replacement items provided under warranty are covered for an additional 6 months. -
Indoor Furniture
6-month warranty from the date of delivery.
Replacement items provided under warranty are covered for an additional 3 months.
Some products may have specific or extended warranty terms. Please check the individual product page for item-level warranty details.
What’s Not Covered
The following issues are not covered by this warranty:
- Accidental damage, drops, or impact
- Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or alterations
- Improper use, incorrect assembly, or rough handling
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Surface scratches, fabric pilling, or fading due to sunlight exposure
- Weather, moisture, mould, rust, or environmental damage, especially when products are used outdoors contrary to their intended design
- Fragile items, glass components, cushions, backrests, and other consumable or replaceable soft parts
